Powder Metal Internal Gears are precision gears featuring internal teeth for compact transmission assemblies.


Powder metal internal gears are cylindrical components with teeth on their inner circumference, highly valued for their compact footprint and quiet operation. They are commonly manufactured via powder metallurgy (PM). This net-shape process compresses metal powder under high pressure (400–800 MPa) into precision dies and sinters the compact in a furnace to bond the metal particles.
